Ingredients

  • 🦑 Calamari – 1 lb, cleaned and sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🥖 Sandwich bread – 2
  • 🥬 Lettuce – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste (optional)
  • 🫒 Olive oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🧄 Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  • 🦑 Add calamari and red pepper flakes (if using), cook until tender.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked calamari.
  • 🥖 Layer calamari on sandwich bread with lettuce.
