Ingredients
- 🦑 Calamari – 1 lb, cleaned and sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🥖 Sandwich bread – 2
- 🥬 Lettuce – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste (optional)
- 🫒 Olive oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🧄 Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- 🦑 Add calamari and red pepper flakes (if using), cook until tender.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked calamari.
- 🥖 Layer calamari on sandwich bread with lettuce.
