Ingredients
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 2 large
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🫒 Olive oil – 1 cup
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🧄 Mince garlic and set aside.
- 🥚 In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and lemon juice.
- 🫒 Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly until emulsified.
- 🧂 Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
