Ingredients

  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 1 cup

  • 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🧄 Mince garlic and set aside.
  • 🥚 In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and lemon juice.
  • 🫒 Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly until emulsified.
  • 🧂 Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 🧊 Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
