Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over high heat.
- 🥩 Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- 🌿 Add rosemary and garlic to the pan during the last minute of cooking for added flavor (optional).
