Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground Meat – 500g
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Green Cardamom – 4-5 pods
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup, ground
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🪴 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
  • 🧈 Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté finely chopped onions in ghee until golden brown.
  • 🥩 Mix ground meat with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, cardamom, ground cashews, and cream.
  • 🔥 Add the sautéed onions to the meat mixture along with lemon juice.
  • ⏳ Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍳 Shape into small patties and shallow fry in ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
