Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground Meat – 500g
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Green Cardamom – 4-5 pods
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup, ground
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🪴 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 🧈 Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté finely chopped onions in ghee until golden brown.
- 🥩 Mix ground meat with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, cardamom, ground cashews, and cream.
- 🔥 Add the sautéed onions to the meat mixture along with lemon juice.
- ⏳ Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍳 Shape into small patties and shallow fry in ghee until golden brown on both sides.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
