Ingredients
- 🥩 Minced meat – 500g (lamb or beef)
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Green chilies – 2-3, finely chopped
- 🌰 Cashew nuts – 1/4 cup, ground
- 🍶 Rose water – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🥄 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – 1 tbsp each
Instructions
- 🥩 Marinate minced meat with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices for at least 2 hours.
- 🧅 Sauté chopped onions until golden brown and add to the marinated meat.
- 🌰 Mix in ground cashew nuts, rose water, and lemon juice.
- 🔥 Shape the mixture into small patties and shallow fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 🌿 Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
