Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken pieces – 4
- 🧅 Onion – 1, sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – 2, sliced
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2, quartered
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Herbs (thyme, rosemary) – 2 sprigs
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, sliced
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

- 🥣 In a bowl, toss chicken, vegetables, garlic, herbs, lemon, and olive oil.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper.
