Ingredients

  • 🥢 Firm tofu – 1 block, pressed
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • 🧅 Green onions – for garnish
  • 🍚 Cornstarch – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔪 Cut tofu into cubes and coat with cornstarch.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and chili flakes (if using) to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
  • 🌿 Pour soy sauce over the tofu and toss to coat.
  • 🧅 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
