Ingredients
- 🥢 Firm tofu – 1 block, pressed
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- 🧅 Green onions – for garnish
- 🍚 Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut tofu into cubes and coat with cornstarch.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown and crispy.
- 🧄 Add garlic and chili flakes (if using) to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
- 🌿 Pour soy sauce over the tofu and toss to coat.
- 🧅 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
