- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 2, lightly beaten
- 🥕 Carrots – diced
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🫛 Peas – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Soy Sauce – to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- 🍳 Scramble the eggs and set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
