Ingredients

  • 🥕 Carrots – diced

  • 🌿 Soy Sauce – to taste
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
  • 🍳 Scramble the eggs and set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
