- 🍚 Rice noodles – 8 oz
- 🥦 Broccoli – 1 cup florets
- 🥕 Carrots – thinly sliced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
Instructions
- 💧 Cook rice noodles according to package.
- 🥕 Sauté vegetables (broccoli, carrots, mushrooms) in a pan.
- 🧄 Add garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
- 🍚 Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, stir well.
