Instructions

  • 🥚 Crack eggs into the well and gradually incorporate flour, mixing with a fork.
  • 👐 Knead the dough until smooth and elastic (about 8-10 minutes), adding water if too dry.
  • ⏳ Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 🍝 Roll out the dough thinly, cut into desired shapes, and cook in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.🌿
