Ingredients
- 🍚 Glutinous Rice Flour – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🥔 Potato Starch – for dusting
- 🍓 Fresh Fruit – for filling (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine rice flour, water, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
- ♨️ Cover and microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for another minute until translucent.
- ✨ Dust a surface with potato starch and transfer the mochi dough.
- 🔪 Cut into equal pieces and shape.
- 🍓 Optionally fill with fresh fruit and enjoy fresh!
