Ingredients

  • 🍚 Glutinous Rice Flour – 1 cup
  • 💧 Water – 1 cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • 🥔 Potato Starch – for dusting
  • 🍓 Fresh Fruit – for filling (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine rice flour, water, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • ♨️ Cover and microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for another minute until translucent.
  • ✨ Dust a surface with potato starch and transfer the mochi dough.
  • 🔪 Cut into equal pieces and shape.
  • 🍓 Optionally fill with fresh fruit and enjoy fresh!
