Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and water, then knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • 🧘 Place dough in a greased bowl and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour until doubled.
  • 🍩 Divide dough into equal portions, roll into balls, and poke a hole in the center to shape.
  • 🌊 Boil the shaped bagels in water for 1 minute per side to create a chewy crust.
  • 🥖 Brush with egg wash and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
