Ingredients

  • 🥩 Roast Beef – 1.5 lbs
  • 🥖 Baguette – 1 large
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 sliced
  • 🥣 Beef Broth – 6 cups
  • 🧀 Provolone Cheese – 8 slices

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear roast beef on all sides in a hot pan.
  • 🧅 Add sliced onions to the pan and cook until softened.
  • 🥣 Transfer beef and onions to a slow cooker, add beef broth, and cook on low for 3 hours.
  • 🥖 Slice baguette into individual sandwich portions and slice horizontally. Add cheese and broil until cheese is melted.
  • 🔪 Slice beef thinly, assemble sandwiches, and serve with the remaining beef broth for dipping.
