Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef – cut into cubes
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – chopped
- 🍷 Red Wine – 1 cup
- 🌿 Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary) – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear beef cubes in butter until browned.
- 🧅 Add onions and carrots and cook until softened.
