Ingredients
- 1 Brioche bun 🍞
- 180g Ground beef 🥩
- 2 slices of Raclette cheese 🧀
- 50g Caramelized onions 🧅
- 20g Crispy bacon 🥓
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 🥄
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise 🍶
- Salt 🧂 and pepper 🌶️ to taste
- 20g Lettuce 🥬
Instructions
- Prepare the caramelized onions: slice the onions thinly and cook them in a pan with butter over low heat until golden brown and sweet. Set aside. 🧅
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside. 🥓
- Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl. 🍶🥄
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form a patty. 🥩🧂🌶️
- Cook the patty in a pan or on a grill to your desired level of doneness. 🍳
- During the last minute of cooking, place the Raclette cheese slices on top of the patty to melt. 🧀
- Lightly toast the brioche bun. 🍞
- Spread the mustard-mayonnaise mixture on the bottom bun.
- Place the lettuce on the bottom bun. 🥬
- Top with the cheesy patty, caramelized onions, and crispy bacon. 🥩🧅🥓🧀
- Cover with the top bun and serve immediately. 🍔
