Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – medium size, peeled

  • 🌿 Thyme – fresh sprigs
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
  • 🥣 Broth – chicken or vegetable
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare potatoes by trimming them into cylinders.
  • 🔥 Heat butter in a pan until melted, add potatoes, thyme, and garlic.
  • 🥘 Sear potatoes on all sides until golden brown.
  • 🥣 Add broth to the pan, enough to come halfway up the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • ⏱️ Simmer until potatoes are tender and broth has reduced to a glaze.
