Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – medium size, peeled
- 🧈 Butter – unsalted
- 🌿 Thyme – fresh sprigs
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
- 🥣 Broth – chicken or vegetable
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare potatoes by trimming them into cylinders.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan until melted, add potatoes, thyme, and garlic.
- 🥘 Sear potatoes on all sides until golden brown.
- 🥣 Add broth to the pan, enough to come halfway up the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
