Instructions

  • ♨️ Bake or pan-fry the fish fillets until cooked through and flaky. Set aside.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water until you reach a smooth, pourable consistency.
  • 🧂 Season the tahini sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 🐟 Place the cooked fish on a serving plate and pour the tahini sauce over the fish.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and toasted pine nuts. Serve immediately.
