- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 💧 Water – as needed for consistency
- 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🌰 Pine Nuts – toasted, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt and Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- ♨️ Bake or pan-fry the fish fillets until cooked through and flaky. Set aside.
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water until you reach a smooth, pourable consistency.
- 🧂 Season the tahini sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🐟 Place the cooked fish on a serving plate and pour the tahini sauce over the fish.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and toasted pine nuts. Serve immediately.
