Ingredients

  • 🐟 Fish fillets – 1 lb, cut into chunks
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 cup, sliced
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium, cubed
  • 🌿 Celery – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • 🍅 Diced Tomatoes – 1 can (14.5 oz)
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – for garnish
  • 💧 Fish broth – 6 cups
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions, carrots, and celery in a pot until softened.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Stir in diced tomatoes, potatoes, and fish broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 🐟 Add fish and cook until it's flaky and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  • 🍋 Stir in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot. ✨
