Ingredients
- ☕ Brewed coffee – 1 cup
- 🐟 Fish sauce – 1 tsp
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Water – 1 tbsp
- 🥛 Milk or cream – to taste (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- 🌡️ Continue heating without stirring until the mixture turns into a light amber caramel.
- 🐟 Carefully whisk in the fish sauce into the caramel. Be cautious as it may splatter.
- ☕ Pour the caramel into a cup of hot brewed coffee. Stir well.
- 🥛 Add milk or cream to taste, if desired. Serve immediately.
