Ingredients

  • 🥥 Coconut oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔪 Marinate fish with spices, lemon juice, and salt.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies in coconut oil.
  • 🌿 Add curry leaves and cook until fragrant.
  • 🍃 Place marinated fish on banana leaf, cover with sautéed mixture, and wrap tightly.
  • ♨️ Cook on a tawa or pan until the banana leaf is slightly charred and the fish is cooked through.
