Ingredients

  • 🐟 Fish fillets – 1 lb, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and curry leaves, sauté until golden.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until oil separates.
  • 🐟 Add fish pieces and coconut milk. Simmer until fish is cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
