Ingredients
- 🐟 Fish fillets – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and curry leaves, sauté until golden.
- 🧄 Add garlic and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until oil separates.
- 🐟 Add fish pieces and coconut milk. Simmer until fish is cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
