Ingredients

  • 🌾 Sourdough Starter – 1/2 cup
  • 💧 Water – 1 1/4 cups
  • 🍚 Bread Flour – 3 cups
  • 🧂 Salt – 2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix starter and water, then add flour and salt.
  • ⏳ Let rest for 30 minutes, then knead for 5 mins.
  • 🫙 Ferment in a warm place for 6-12 hours.
  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • 🥖 Bake for 20 minutes with lid, 25 without.
