Ingredients
- 🌾 Sourdough Starter – 1/2 cup
- 💧 Water – 1 1/4 cups
- 🍚 Bread Flour – 3 cups
- 🧂 Salt – 2 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix starter and water, then add flour and salt.
- ⏳ Let rest for 30 minutes, then knead for 5 mins.
- 🫙 Ferment in a warm place for 6-12 hours.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- 🥖 Bake for 20 minutes with lid, 25 without.
