Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 🥩
  • 1 onion, chopped 🧅
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped 🫑
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 🍅
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained 🥫
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 🫘
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained 🌽
  • 1 packet taco seasoning 🌶️
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • Tortilla chips 🌮

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. 🍳
  • Add the onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 🧅🫑
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 🍅🌽🌶️
  • Serve hot over tortilla chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese. 🧀🌮
