Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef 🥩
- 1 onion, chopped 🧅
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped 🫑
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 🍅
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained 🥫
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 🫘
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained 🌽
- 1 packet taco seasoning 🌶️
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
- Tortilla chips 🌮
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. 🍳
- Add the onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 🧅🫑
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 🍅🌽🌶️
- Serve hot over tortilla chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese. 🧀🌮
