Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
- 🌶️ Red Chilies – 5-6 (for Erra Kaaram)
- 🌿 Spinach (Akura) – 1 cup chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking dosa
Instructions
- 🌶️ Prepare Erra Kaaram: Grind red chilies, garlic, and salt into a coarse paste.
- 🌿 Mix chopped spinach and onions with the Erra Kaaram paste.
- 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan or griddle.
- 🥄 Spread a ladleful of dosa batter thinly on the hot pan.
- 🌿 Spread the spinach-erra kaaram mixture evenly over the dosa.
- 🥄 Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot.
