Ingredients

  • 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
  • 🌶️ Red Chilies – 5-6 (for Erra Kaaram)
  • 🌿 Spinach (Akura) – 1 cup chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Oil – for cooking dosa

Instructions

  • 🌶️ Prepare Erra Kaaram: Grind red chilies, garlic, and salt into a coarse paste.
  • 🌿 Mix chopped spinach and onions with the Erra Kaaram paste.
  • 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan or griddle.
  • 🥄 Spread a ladleful of dosa batter thinly on the hot pan.
  • 🌿 Spread the spinach-erra kaaram mixture evenly over the dosa.
  • 🥄 Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot.
