Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats 🌾
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.) 🍇
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.) 🥜
  • 1/4 cup honey 🍯
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips 🍫
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 🧂

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, dried fruit, nut butter, honey, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and sea salt 🥄.
  • Roll the mixture into balls using your hands 🤲.
  • Place the energy balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set ⏳.
