Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – few
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🟡 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • ⚙️ Oil – for cooking
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🟡 Add turmeric powder and sauté for a minute. Crack in the eggs.
  • 🍳 Scramble the eggs and cook until they are set but still soft.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
