Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Curry leaves – few
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🟡 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- ⚙️ Oil – for cooking
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 🟡 Add turmeric powder and sauté for a minute. Crack in the eggs.
- 🍳 Scramble the eggs and cook until they are set but still soft.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
