Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🍤 Prawns – 200g, peeled and deveined
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, diced
- 🫛 Peas – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🍳 Scramble eggs and set aside.
- 🔥 Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add prawns and cook until pink.
- 🥕 Add carrots and peas, stir-fry for a minute.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
