Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🍤 Prawns – 200g, peeled and deveined
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, diced
  • 🫛 Peas – 1/2 cup
  • 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍳 Scramble eggs and set aside.
  • 🔥 Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add prawns and cook until pink.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and peas, stir-fry for a minute.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
