Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥓 Bacon – 2 slices, cooked
- 🧀 Gruyere cheese – 1/4 cup, shredded
- 🌿 Fresh herbs – for garnish
- 🍞 Bread – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🥓 Place cooked bacon at the bottom of two ramekins.
- 🧀 Sprinkle Gruyere cheese over the bacon.
- 🥚 Crack an egg into each ramekin.
- ♨️ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking. Garnish with herbs and serve with bread.
