Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🥓 Bacon – 2 slices, cooked
  • 🧀 Gruyere cheese – 1/4 cup, shredded
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs – for garnish
  • 🍞 Bread – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🥓 Place cooked bacon at the bottom of two ramekins.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle Gruyere cheese over the bacon.
  • 🥚 Crack an egg into each ramekin.
  • ♨️ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set to your liking. Garnish with herbs and serve with bread.
