Ingredients

- 🌱 Green onions – 2 stalks, finely sliced
- 🍱 Nori seaweed – 1 sheet, shredded into strips
- 🧂 Sansho pepper – a pinch for authentic seasoning
Instructions
- 🍚 Scoop warm cooked rice into bowls and lightly drizzle with unagi sauce.
- 🔥 Reheat the eel fillets in an oven or pan until the skin is slightly charred.
- 🔪 Carefully slice the warm eel into bite-sized strips.
- 🥢 Lay the eel over the rice and brush with more sauce for a rich glaze.
- ✨ Top with green onions, nori strips, and a pinch of pepper before serving.
