Ingredients
- 🌾 Paniyaram batter – store-bought or homemade
- 🟢 Edamame – shelled
- 🍄 Truffle oil – a few drops
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – minced (optional)
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🟢 Mix edamame and truffle oil into the paniyaram batter.
- 🔥 Heat a paniyaram pan and grease it lightly.
- 🥄 Pour batter into each mold of the pan.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and cooked through, flipping as needed.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
