Ingredients

  • 🌾 Paniyaram batter – store-bought or homemade

  • 🍄 Truffle oil – a few drops

  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🟢 Mix edamame and truffle oil into the paniyaram batter.
  • 🔥 Heat a paniyaram pan and grease it lightly.
  • 🥄 Pour batter into each mold of the pan.
  • 🍳 Cook until golden brown and cooked through, flipping as needed.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
