Ingredients
- 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 24 pieces
- 🌱 Edamame – 1 cup, shelled
- 🧅 Green onions – 2, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 1/2 cup, diced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
Instructions
- 🌱 Prepare edamame filling by blending edamame, green onions, garlic, mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
- 🥟 Fill each dumpling wrapper with a spoonful of the edamame mixture.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal tightly.
- ♨️ Steam the dumplings for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
