Ingredients

  • 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 24 pieces
  • 🌱 Edamame – 1 cup, shelled
  • 🧅 Green onions – 2, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 1/2 cup, diced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated

Instructions

  • 🌱 Prepare edamame filling by blending edamame, green onions, garlic, mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
  • 🥟 Fill each dumpling wrapper with a spoonful of the edamame mixture.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal tightly.
  • ♨️ Steam the dumplings for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
