Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – cubed
  • 🍶 Yogurt – for marinade
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – cubed
  • 🌶️ Ginger-garlic paste
  • 🍋 Lemon juice
  • 🌿 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala)
  • 💨 Charcoal (for dunghar/smoking)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate paneer and vegetables with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice.
  • 🍢 Arrange marinated paneer and vegetables on skewers.
  • 🔥 Grill or bake skewers until paneer is lightly charred and vegetables are tender.
  • 💨 For dunghar (smoking): Place a small steel bowl with a burning piece of charcoal in the center of the cooked tikka. Pour ghee over the charcoal and cover immediately for a smoky flavor.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with mint chutney.
