Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – cubed
- 🍶 Yogurt – for marinade
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🫑 Bell peppers – cubed
- 🌶️ Ginger-garlic paste
- 🍋 Lemon juice
- 🌿 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala)
- 💨 Charcoal (for dunghar/smoking)
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate paneer and vegetables with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice.
- 🍢 Arrange marinated paneer and vegetables on skewers.
- 🔥 Grill or bake skewers until paneer is lightly charred and vegetables are tender.
- 💨 For dunghar (smoking): Place a small steel bowl with a burning piece of charcoal in the center of the cooked tikka. Pour ghee over the charcoal and cover immediately for a smoky flavor.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with mint chutney.
