Ingredients

  • 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • 🧈 Ghee – 1/2 cup
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 chopped (optional)
  • 💧 Water – as needed

Instructions

  • 🌾 Knead a stiff dough with flour, milk, ghee, and water. Let it rest for 15 mins.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions in ghee until golden brown. Add green chilies if using.
  • ♨️ Divide dough into equal portions and roll into thick rounds.
  • 🔥 Cook on low heat in a heavy-bottomed pan, covering with a lid (dum).
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with curry.
