Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🧈 Ghee – 1/2 cup
- 🧅 Onions – 2 finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 chopped (optional)
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🌾 Knead a stiff dough with flour, milk, ghee, and water. Let it rest for 15 mins.
- 🧅 Sauté onions in ghee until golden brown. Add green chilies if using.
- ♨️ Divide dough into equal portions and roll into thick rounds.
- 🔥 Cook on low heat in a heavy-bottomed pan, covering with a lid (dum).
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with curry.
