- 🥛 Milk – with saffron strands
Instructions
- 🍚 Layer rice, marinated meat, and fried onions in a pot.
- 🌿 Sprinkle with mint, saffron milk and biryani masala.
- 🔒 Seal the pot tightly with dough (dum).
- 🔥 Cook on low heat until meat is tender and rice is cooked.
- 🥄 Gently mix and serve hot with raita.
