Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Bar

Ingredients
- 🍫 Milk Chocolate – 200g, melted
- 🥢 Kataifi Pastry – 1 cup, shredded and chopped
- 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp for toasting
- 🟢 Pistachio Cream – 1/2 cup
- 🥄 Tahini – 1 tsp (optional for depth)
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan and toast the kataifi pastry until golden and crunchy.
- 🥣 Mix the toasted pastry with pistachio cream and tahini until well combined.
- 🍫 Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into a mold and chill until set.
- 🟢 Spread the pistachio-kataifi mixture over the chocolate base evenly.
- ❄️ Cover with remaining chocolate and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
