Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – 200g
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – 1 medium, julienned
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1/4 head, shredded
- 🌶️ Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🟢 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- 🌶️ Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.
- 🟢 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
