Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – 200g
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 medium, julienned
  • 🥬 Cabbage – 1/4 head, shredded
  • 🌶️ Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🟢 Green onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍜 Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • 🌶️ Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.
  • 🟢 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
