Ingredients
- 🍜 Wide rice noodles – 8 oz
- 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 cup, sliced
- 🌿 Thai basil – 1 cup
- 🌶️ Chili peppers – 2-3, minced
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
- 🥕 Bell pepper – 1/2, sliced
- 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and chili peppers in oil until fragrant.
- 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
- 🧅 Add onion and bell pepper and cook until slightly softened.
- 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until noodles are heated through.
- 🌿 Stir in Thai basil just before serving.
