Ingredients

  • 🍜 Wide rice noodles – 8 oz
  • 🐔 Chicken or tofu – 1 cup, sliced
  • 🌿 Thai basil – 1 cup
  • 🌶️ Chili peppers – 2-3, minced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
  • 🥕 Bell pepper – 1/2, sliced
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and chili peppers in oil until fragrant.
  • 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
  • 🧅 Add onion and bell pepper and cook until slightly softened.
  • 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until noodles are heated through.
  • 🌿 Stir in Thai basil just before serving.
