Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, diced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
- 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Basil – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🐟 Fish Sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍾 Cooking Wine – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
- 🧅 Add onion, chili, and garlic; stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and cooking wine; stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
- 🌿 Stir in basil and serve immediately.
