Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🐔 Chicken or Tofu – 1 cup, diced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
  • 🌶️ Chili – 1, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Basil – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🐟 Fish Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🍾 Cooking Wine – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  • 🐔 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
  • 🧅 Add onion, chili, and garlic; stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and cooking wine; stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  • 🌿 Stir in basil and serve immediately.
