- 🍳 Eggs – thinly sliced omelet
- 🌱 Spinach – blanched and seasoned
Instructions
- 🔥 Lightly toast seaweed sheets over low heat.
- 🍚 Spread a thin layer of seasoned rice evenly over the seaweed.
- 🥕 Arrange fillings (squid, carrots, cucumber, egg, spinach) along one edge.
- 🥢 Roll tightly using a bamboo mat, pressing firmly.
