- 🐉 Dragon Fruit – 1 cup, cubed
- 🍌 Banana – 1/2, sliced
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup (dairy or non-dairy)
- 🧊 Ice – 1/2 cup
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
- 🧊 Add ice, dragon fruit, banana, milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
- 🌪️ Blend until smooth and creamy.
