Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿฅ Croissants โ€“ 2 large, sliced lengthwise
  • ๐Ÿ— Ground chicken โ€“ 300g, divided into 4 small balls
  • ๐Ÿง€ Cheddar cheese โ€“ 4 slices
  • ๐Ÿงˆ Butter โ€“ 1 tbsp for toasting
  • ๐Ÿฅฌ Lettuce & Tomato โ€“ fresh slices for topping
  • ๐Ÿงด Burger sauce โ€“ 2 tbsp (mayo, mustard, and ketchup mix)
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Salt & Black pepper โ€“ to taste

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿฅ Slice the croissants and lightly toast them with ๐Ÿงˆ butter in a pan until golden.
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Heat a heavy skillet and place chicken balls, then ๐Ÿ”จ smash them flat using a spatula.
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Season with salt and pepper, cooking until crispy, then flip and add ๐Ÿง€ cheese to melt.
  • ๐Ÿฅช Spread ๐Ÿงด burger sauce on the croissant base and layer two ๐Ÿ— chicken patties on top.
  • โœจ Add ๐Ÿฅฌ lettuce and tomato, close the burger, and serve warm for a buttery, crispy bite.
