Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 🌱 Urad dal – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – for soaking and grinding
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 💧 Soak rice and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours.
- ⚙️ Grind them separately into a smooth batter.
- 🥣 Mix both batters with salt and let it ferment overnight.
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan, spread batter thinly to make dosa.
- 🛢️ Drizzle oil and cook until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot!
