Ingredients

Instructions

  • 💧 Soak rice and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours.
  • ⚙️ Grind them separately into a smooth batter.
  • 🥣 Mix both batters with salt and let it ferment overnight.
  • 🔥 Heat a flat pan, spread batter thinly to make dosa.
  • 🛢️ Drizzle oil and cook until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot!
