Ingredients

Instructions

- ⏳ Ferment the batter overnight or for 8-10 hours.
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle; spread a ladleful of batter thinly.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crisp; serve hot with chutney and sambar.
