- 🥕 Carrots – sliced

- 🫙 Dashi broth – 4 cups
- 🍶 Soy sauce – to taste
- 🍲 Tofu – cubed
Instructions
- 🍲 In a donabe pot, arrange cabbage, carrots, onions, and mushrooms.
- 🧊 Add tofu cubes evenly.
