Ingredients

  • 4 brioche buns 🍔
  • Lettuce 🥬
  • Tomato slices 🍅
  • Mayonnaise 🫙
  • Pickles 🥒

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes. ⏰
  • In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. 🥣
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. 🍞
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 🔥
  • Carefully place chicken in the hot oil and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 🍳
  • Remove chicken and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil. ♨️
  • Lightly toast the brioche buns. 🥖
  • Spread mayonnaise on the top and bottom buns. 🥄
  • Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, crispy chicken, and pickles. 🥪
