Ingredients

- 1 tbsp garlic powder 🧄
- 1 tbsp onion powder 🧅
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper 🔥
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
- 4 brioche buns 🍔
- Lettuce 🥬
- Tomato slices 🍅
- Mayonnaise 🫙
- Pickles 🥒
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes. ⏰
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. 🥣
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. 🍞
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 🔥
- Carefully place chicken in the hot oil and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 🍳
- Remove chicken and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil. ♨️
- Lightly toast the brioche buns. 🥖
- Spread mayonnaise on the top and bottom buns. 🥄
