Ingredients

  • 🧂 Pickling salt – for brine

  • 🤍 White vinegar – for brine
  • 🌶️ Optional: peppercorns, mustard seeds, chili flakes

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare cucumbers by washing and trimming ends.
  • 🥣 Make brine by boiling water, vinegar, and salt. Let cool.
  • 🫙 Pack cucumbers, dill, garlic, and spices (if using) into a clean jar.
  • 💧 Pour cooled brine over cucumbers, ensuring they're submerged.
  • ⏳ Allow pickles to ferment in the refrigerator for at least 3 days before eating.
