Ingredients
- 🥒 Cucumbers – small, pickling variety
- 🌿 Fresh dill – a generous bunch
- 🧄 Garlic – 2-3 cloves, crushed
- 🧂 Pickling salt – for brine
- 💧 Water – for brine
- 🤍 White vinegar – for brine
- 🌶️ Optional: peppercorns, mustard seeds, chili flakes
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare cucumbers by washing and trimming ends.
- 🥣 Make brine by boiling water, vinegar, and salt. Let cool.
- 🫙 Pack cucumbers, dill, garlic, and spices (if using) into a clean jar.
- 💧 Pour cooled brine over cucumbers, ensuring they're submerged.
