Ingredients
- 🌿 Dried Mint Leaves – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Dried Coriander Seeds – 2 tbsp
- 🖤 Black Salt – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Dried Lemon Peel Powder – 1 tbsp
- 🫚 Ginger Powder – 1 tbsp
- 🖤 Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 🌪️ Grind to a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
- 📦 Store in an airtight container.
- 🥄 Take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon after meals to aid digestion.
