Ingredients
- 🌾 Puffed rice – 2 cups
- 🥜 Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- 🌰 Roasted chana dal – 1/4 cup
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 chopped
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🫘 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- 💛 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
- 🌿 Add curry leaves and green chilies, sauté for a few seconds.
- 🥜 Add peanuts and roasted chana dal, roast until golden brown.
- 🌾 Add puffed rice and turmeric powder, mix well.
- 🧅 Add chopped onion and lemon juice. Mix and serve immediately.✨
