Ingredients

  • 🌾 Puffed rice – 2 cups
  • 🥜 Peanuts – 1/2 cup
  • 🌰 Roasted chana dal – 1/4 cup
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 chopped
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 small finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • 🫘 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • 💛 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
  • 🌿 Add curry leaves and green chilies, sauté for a few seconds.
  • 🥜 Add peanuts and roasted chana dal, roast until golden brown.
  • 🌾 Add puffed rice and turmeric powder, mix well.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onion and lemon juice. Mix and serve immediately.✨
