Ingredients
- 🥣 Mixed lentils (toor, chana, masoor)
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🧈 Butter or ghee
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🧂 Basic spices (turmeric, chili powder, cumin)
Instructions
- 🥣 Wash and soak lentils for 30 minutes.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies in ghee.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices; cook until softened.
- 🥘 Add lentils and water; pressure cook until soft.
- ✨ Temper with ghee, spices, and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
