Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – for serving
- 🍜 Noodles – boiled
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
- 🫑 Bell Peppers – sliced
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok and add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté briefly.
- 🧅 Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Stir-fry until slightly tender.
- 🍜 Add boiled noodles and cooked rice to the wok.
- 🧂 Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce. Mix well to combine everything.
- ✨ Stir-fry for a few more minutes until heated through and serve hot.
