Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – for serving
  • 🍜 Noodles – boiled
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
  • 🫑 Bell Peppers – sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok and add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté briefly.
  • 🧅 Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Stir-fry until slightly tender.
  • 🍜 Add boiled noodles and cooked rice to the wok.
  • 🧂 Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce. Mix well to combine everything.
  • ✨ Stir-fry for a few more minutes until heated through and serve hot.
